Madame Ellen had a rude foot slave and she did not want him to continue being rude. She had to come up with a suitable punishment for him and that is why she used latex and her feet to choke him. He tried to charm his way out of a punishment but it did not work. The mistress still wanted him to lick her feet and to choke on the latex.

And it did not go unpunished as the mistress used her high heels to turn the guy into a foot slave and she trampled and crushed him painfully as punishment for what he had done.
